Physiotherapy Rehabilitation in the Pilates studio can be really beneficial if you have had surgery or fractures and are working on regaining strength, improving your alignment or are at a low level of fitness with medical conditions. Ellen has over 25 years of working as a physiotherapist so a programme in the studio can be tailored to your specific needs. In addition to using the Pilates equipment the program can include balance retraining, functional fitness, weights and plyometric training.

Ellen is at Pilates Sheen on Mondays and Wednesdays. Clinical Pilates is suitable if you require 1:1 rehabilitation post injury or surgery or your health requires more clinical management of your exercise programme. Once you have reached a good level you can be referred to one of the Pilates instructors to continue your programme.
