Nicole Choi discovered Pilates during injury recovery, using it to rebuild the strength and alignment needed to return to dance and daily life. A former international creative marketing professional, she is a Polestar Mat and Reformer Certified Instructor with extensive experience across premium gyms, private clubs, and corporate spaces in Hong Kong and London. Trained across all Pilates studio equipment and mentored in-house by Ellen Ernstzen Specialist Physiotherapist at Pilates Sheen, Nicole specializes in lower-limb mechanics and joint replacement recovery. Her sessions blend precise postural alignment with an energizing flow—leaving you challenged, balanced, and revitalized.

Studio Availability:

Tuesday: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM (1:1 sessions; 1:2 duet class at 4:00 PM & 6:00 PM)

 Friday: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM (1:1 sessions; 1:2 duet class at 9:00 AM)

Greg Doyle has worked as a Pilates Instructor at Pilates Sheen since qualifying from the prestigious Alan Herdman Pilates Teacher Training Course in 2022 and following a career in the City of London.Greg’s main ethos is to work with each client as an individual and to find the best way for that person to move and exercise in the most effective and enjoyable way.

His range of clients extends from age 15 to age 80 and he has a habit of using most pieces of Pilates equipment in the studio (including some he brings in for particular clients).
